Bran Castle is situated near Bran city and in the immediate vicinity of Braşov. It is a national monument and a landmark in Romania. Commonly known as «Dracula's Castle» (although it is one among several locations linked to the Dracula legend).

The beautiful city of Bran.
Braşov is the capital of Braşov County, located in the central part of Romania, about 166 km from Bucharest, the capital city of the country.
Bran Castle was originally a fortress built by the Knights of the Teutonic Order in the year 1212.

Climbing on the castle, the view is rewarding.

My husband Florin, our daughter Nona and her friend.

Winter view amid some stunning scenery supplements the cross-country for those who can tear themselves away from the skis.

For those who love winter sports.

Under the winter sky and warming enjoyable activities.

Our holidays in this amazing place was a fantastic experience!

Castles, tourists, people and sheep… life goes on…

Our daughter Nona was very happy to be here on holidays.

Florin with our two children, Nona and David in a pose.

Mother nature in a white beauty at its best and.

The castle is now a museum open to tourists, displaying art and furniture.

Tourists can see the interior individually or by a guided tour.

Σε αναζήτηση του Δράκουλα! Εδώ Δράκουλας, εκεί Δράκουλας, πού είναι ο Δράκουλας;
